Design Notes

Primers were designed to have the start and stop codon so that they will not be mutated during PCR


Source

Wild type LDH and LDP was obtained from a Pseudomonas Strain and random mutagenesis was carried out by PCR to make lots of Mutant LDH. PCR fragments carrying the mutants were then ligated to the wild type LDP to make a complete operon.
